Kendall Jenner, 15, made us green with envy in her quirky black bow at Teen Vogue‘s Young Hollywood Party, Katie Holmes and Rose Byrne looked polished in neck-tie blouses and the Kardashian sisters, Khloe, Kim and Kourtney, took turns working the waist-length ribbon bow-tie blouse created for their Sears Kardashian Kollection.
